YES! WE ARE HIRING!

BUILDING CAREERS AND LEADING THE SOLAR REVOLUTION

Solar Educators

Not all solar contractors are the same. We take a different approach when it comes to discussing what is best for our customers. Solar Educators prioritize education first, then advising customers how to utilize the system to their needs.  You’ll develop content for presentations, customize energy products to meet customer needs and provide customers with information such as warranties, funding options, rebates or tax incentives. Most importantly “Solar Educators” place the customers’ needs first with zero high pressure sales tactics–You will educate and build trust in order to earn business and lifelong referrals.

Journeyman Electrician

Journeymen lead our teams through the installation. They’re responsible for providing the technical expertise to safely plan and perform electrical work for residential solar projects. Communicating with the roof lead, running electrical cable from array to electrical equipment, mounting disconnects/subpanels/inverters, commissioning system, installing 240v receptacles for EV charging, and resolve electrical issues.

Inspections Technician

Inspection technicians are tasked with working with local jurisdictions to approve/sign off permitted work. This is our chance to educate and demonstrate our equipment. Calling in inspection requests, verifying labeling and placards are up to code, setting up ladders on site, take notes for corrections and notifying project coordinator of any issues or updates. Sit on inspections that have zero to little cleanup work needed.

Solar Installer

Report any concerns such as unpermitted work, moss on roof or outdated electrical equipment. Gathers detailed structural data on multiple types of buildings and creates detailed rooftop map layout for solar arrays including roof layout dimensions and all roof penetrations (pipes, vents etc.).

Project Coordinators

Project coordinators are responsible for tracking project timelines, communicating with customers in a timely manner, processing paperwork (HOA, NEM, contracts, etc.), and collecting payments. Interact with customers at a professional level, provide consistent updates to customers through the whole project. Organize and maintain project documents (both locally and in project management software). Assist in filling out and submitting NEM (Net Energy Metering) Utility Applications.
